Before the first PPA Cover session, our member of staff will arrive 30 minutes early to fill in PPA questionnaire relating to your school and the classes they will be teaching. In this time we aim to learn about your behaviour policy, housekeeping and if/how you wish us to dismiss and register your children. We take the time to ensure that our instructors have as much information about your school and pupils as possible so that they are better prepared to teach.

You will have access to our secure online portal where you can access key information. We have found this is a quick and easy way to provide you with all of the information you require to be deep dive ready and to know what your pupils are doing from week to week. Using your unique login details you can access all of our risk assessments and insurance documents, as well as a copy of each staff member’s DBS with a photo attached. You can also access all of the planning documents and see the work that children have produced.

We feel it is important to demonstrate how each lesson we deliver links with the curriculum. To do this we provide a number of documents that outline key skills and learning outcomes, in addition to detailing how our lessons match up with the N.C. You will receive access to our secure portal and all relevant documents in advance of our start date. We use quality resources that utilise the latest technology to ensure that lessons are engaging and challenge young people to develop their knowledge and skills. We also include differentiation with lessons to ensure all pupils are catered for.
