Meet the newest member of the office team, Charlotte

Hi everyone, I’m Charlotte, the HR Administrator at Junior Jam!

I joined Junior Jam at the beginning of the summer term, so I have just completed my first 6 weeks in the office; the team have made me feel very welcome and I am now settled and ready to get organised for the new school year.

In my first few weeks at Junior Jam, I have spent some time getting to know the current and new staff, assisting the office team with any HR related queries, and helping prepare the school timetables for 2022/23. It’s been an interesting month for me, getting to grips with how Junior Jam operate, and understanding what goes on behind the scenes in order to deliver the fabulous PPA cover at each of our schools… I can’t wait to hear how the new iCSI classes are received!

I studied Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University and worked in the School of Sport’s Undergraduate Offices for a brief period after graduating. I then went on to travel Southeast Asia for six months before heading home, adopting my two cats – Cleo and Gus - and starting my HR career. I still love all things sport, but I tend to spend a lot more time watching games rather than participating; spending many weekends travelling up and down the country to watch my brother play football for Luton Town.

I’ve really enjoyed my time so far and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into new projects in the coming months.
