Training Week 2024!

It has been a busy week here at Junior Jam. It’s been a week jam-packed full of equipment, inductions, training and uniform.

Our Heads of Departments have been on a real journey this week. Jess, Emily, and Jessica set off from our Headquarters in Bradford on Tuesday and landed in London for our training day, with all the equipment in tow. We carried out successful Inductions for the Media, Music, Languages, and PE Departments, and handed out all the equipment to new and existing staff.

Then, our dedicated Heads of Department set off once more headed for Coventry, to carry out our West Midlands Training Day. There we carried out successful Inductions for the Media and Music Departments and meet our West Midlands staff members.

Their journey wasn’t over there. They then travelled back up to Bradford for our Local Training Day and Equipment Collections. We carried out successful Media and Music Inductions, and training for all departments.

It has been an exciting week for everyone. We have loved meeting all our new and existing staff members and getting to know them before they begin teaching in September. Everybody brought their smiles with them for a lovely staff photo. We hope that everybody is well-rested and prepared for the new Academic Year to start.
