Summer is Over, PPA Cover Recruitment is Complete

After a very busy summer recruiting, training and preparing everybody for the new year of PPA Cover I thought it would be fun to tell everyone about all the PPA Cover teachers we have met on the way and how enjoyable our recruitment drive has been.

I am Katy, if you have read my previous blog you will know how much I love my Job and how I strive to give the best to the schools we work with.

I am the head of our Modern Foreign Languages and Sports departments, I also look after the dance teachers from our Arts department, and over the summer I have interviewed almost a hundred instructors and teachers for our various PPA Cover Teacher roles. This summer I have hired for 28 positions, for new and continuing schools we work with from Liverpool to Plymouth.

This year has been harder than ever, everyone I have met has been amazing and it has been so difficult to choose just one candidate for each position. My task for next year is to help grow Junior Jams customer base so I can hire all those I wanted to from this year too.
