Summer Term

We can’t believe that we are already past the halfway mark of the academic year and are now just heading into the Summer Term, meaning we only have 2 half terms before the big summer break!

In the office there is lots going on in every aspect of the business.

The summer term is where our Heads of department start to make space for their upcoming recruitment responsibilities, subject managers are preparing for the big equipment return and aim to get all the equipment looking clean and fresh ready to be distributed for the next academic year. We have new orders from new and existing schools coming in for Academic Year 2024/25 and we have the new wave of marketing material to be posted within the next couple of weeks. Arrangements are also being made for the Holiday Clubs, which will be taking place this Summer for 5 weeks, so it's all systems go in our Junior Jam HQ at the moment!

So far this academic year, we have seen many huge improvements from Staff from observations and appraisals and have seen classes thrive from feedback we have recieved from our staff and the schools staff alike. We have been lucky enough for more schools to become part of the Junior Jam family halfway through the academic year and receiving glowing and positive reviews even after their first day.

This review was written by one of our new customers and we were so thrilled to read it! We know how difficult it can be to create a first impression with a school, but clearly our staff are hitting it out of the park. A huge shoutout to all of our staff, who have made a lasting impact in their schools and are working hard continously throughout the years to ensure a strong relationship is nurtered between them and the schools in which they teach.

We are hugely looking forward to what the Final term of the Academic Year 2023-24 brings and edge ever nearer to the Summer Break!
